Frequently Asked Questions

General

  • Collegii offers private, student-led college tours that give prospective students and families an honest, insider look at campus life. Instead of scripted admissions tours, you’re matched with a current student guide who shares your academic interests, extracurriculars, or background.

  • A Collegii tour is private, student-led, and unscripted, offering a more authentic way to explore campus. Unlike traditional campus tours—often conducted in large groups with a set script—Collegii tours are one-on-one or small-group experiences, allowing you to avoid crowds and move at your own pace. You’re paired with a current student who shares real experiences, answers questions honestly, and tailors the tour to your interests. This personalized approach makes it easier to have meaningful conversations, explore off-the-map spaces, and truly understand what daily life on campus is like.

  • Collegii solves the problem of unclear and overly scripted college visits by giving students access to real, student-led tours that show what campus life is actually like. Instead of relying on brochures, rankings, or large group tours, students get honest insights, personalized guidance, and a clearer sense of whether a school truly fits their goals, lifestyle, and personality, helping them make more confident college decisions.

  • On a Collegii tour, you’ll see campus through the eyes of a current student. Your guide will show you where students actually spend their time, from academic buildings and residence areas to favorite study spots, dining locations, and lesser-known campus spaces. Because the tour is personalized, what you see is shaped by your interests, allowing you to experience the parts of campus that matter most to you and get a realistic feel for daily student life.
